If great employees leave leaders, not companies, how do we ensure that our leaders are well versed on the best practices for employee development, business growth, and enhancement of productivity? This was my question and mission as the head of talent for a fortune 500 organization. And while we invested in training and development, we knew that peer to peer networking and company to company benchmarking were the best value for our time investment.
What I enjoy about the leadership conference is first how knowledgeable and giving our panelists are. They are successes in their own right and have used their skills to help their teams and their companies grow and now they are giving of their time to help our audience. Second, the level of involvement from the panelists and participants is exemplary. We create avenues for the highest levels of networking and best practice sharing.
If you want to develop disruptive thinkers, and invest in your own potential, come to the conference and celebrate successes with us while we all learn together.
I look forward to seeing you there and sharing the vision of the Illinois Diversity Council!
