Jodi started her career at Aerotek in January 1998 as a recruiter. She spent the majority of that year learning about the staffing industry and taking on different leadership opportunities in her office. In January 1999, Jodi was promoted to an account manager role where she was given the opportunity to work with a team of recruiters and sell our services to customers in the Western suburbs. During her sales career with Aerotek, Jodi spent a lot of time mentoring other men and women in the organization as well as her own team. In 2008, she was promoted Director of Business Operations in the Midwest. Jodi was recently nominated for a position on Aerotek’s Executive Diversity Board. During her tenure on the board her primary focus has been around the marketplace: building business opportunities thru our local markets, workforce: hiring top talent internally and externally, and workplace: retention and inclusion of our internal and external employees.
